Les Adivasis et Dalits du Bihar appartiennent aux «groupes invisibles» comme les nomme Rajagopal P.V., président d’Ekta Parishad l’organisation indienne non violente qui défend leurs droits. Ces invisibles sont très nombreux au Bihar et la plupart d'entre eux n'ont accès à aucun droit car ils n'ont pas de papiers d’identité, de domicile et ne peuvent donc pas faire aboutir leurs revendications concernant le droit au logement, l’accès à la terre et aux ressources naturelles afin d’assurer leur autosuffisance alimentaire.

Adivasis and Dalits in Bihar belong to "invisible groups" as called P.V. Rajagopal, president of the Indian nonviolent organization Ekta Parishad defending their rights. These invisible are very numerous in Bihar and most of them have no access to law because they have no identity papers, home, and can’t make their demands for the right to housing, access to land and natural resources to ensure their self-sufficiency.
